DR. DANIEL WEILAND: "My name is Daniel Weiland. I'm one of the physician partners OSM.
"OSM is the Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Center and we are a multi-specialty orthopedic group. We wanted to expand an urgent walk-in center. It was our thought that opening up a facility here would provide a service to the community that wasn't presently available and it's on the border of our markets so it was an opportunity for expansion.
"I think space is beautiful. I think that it is aesthetically pleasing and quite functional. I've never seen a medical office like it.
"The build-out of the x-ray room was a little bit complicated because we were moving a machine from a different location and Infinity Group actually was able to take them in manage it. Infinity Group was great in that day were a single point of contact from soup to nuts. So they were involved with us from the initial planning phase of even choosing our location through the design process they're very responsive to all our requests and demands and throughout the build. They're very on top of their game in responding to our questions maintaining a timeline given us communication and many of the challenges that might have arisen and they always seem to have a solution no matter what the problem was."
COREY EDWARDS: "What separates Infinity Group is our ability to be a single point of contact throughout the duration of the project ray will provide a 360-degree perspective on the project at any given time. So we're really able to understand their vision, define it during the planning process, and then deliver in the construction implementing of the actual project."
DR. DANIEL WEILAND: "I think the people were great and they never said no. There was never at one point that I felt uncomfortable with their answer and if they didn't know the answer on the spot they were able to get me response very quickly. They're very professional, they're very organized, they could take us from a concept to a finished office that is beautiful space cost-wise they were very competitive and I think they beat most of the quotes that we had I would be very happy to work with them again. We're actually going to use infinity group to help add a build-out to our current office in our Trumbull location.
"Infinity group was just the most responsive group that we met with they were involved and even scoping out locations to build this office and although they weren't getting paid for it when we met with our real estate broker they would show up with us and give us input as to is this going to be easy filled out. Would they think this is a good location how much time they thought it would take to to be able to create the office and that was something that no other group did."

What’s more, you need to ensure that you are attracting the right kinds of clients. When searching for the ideal client, different firms try different strategies. Some opt for advertising. Others network and rely on referrals. And we all know law firms who host seminars in hopes of winning over clients. Whatever your firm’s marketing strategy is, one key element should not be overlooked: your office design . While certainly everyone is cognizant of the condition of his or her office, few of us really ever stops to consider the impact that it has on our guests. Entering an office that you have never visited is a visceral experience. On some level, all of our surroundings are sending us a message about the people who we are visiting. Even the minor details in an office—but especially the major ones...

4 THINGS EVERY TRAINING ROOM NEEDS

Office design isn’t a simple matter of finding unique furniture and putting together brand-consistent color-schemes. There are offices in every city that look amazing, yet are still inherently dysfunctional. When executed correctly, design provides solutions to a wide variety of basic workplace challenges. Paramount among these is providing an avenue for building and strengthening the company’s team. Employees should be the number one investment made by any firm. If your staff is unmotivated, apathetic, uncommitted and miserable, your output will suffer accordingly. If, on the other hand, your staff feels inspired and competent, they will overcome any challenge. Towards that end, it is crucial for your business to have a training room that will inspire and cultivate your team from the ground up. For a moment, put yourself in the shoes of your employees. Imagine that you are being asked to participate in training. Whether the training is set to last minutes or months, ...
